The hardest step in cancelling is remembering the password
The account was set up in a hurry two weeks ago, and the address used is not the one you open every day. Then the renewal date arrives.

So there are two ways: cancelling from inside the account in two clicks, and a separate cancel page that never asks you to sign in. The second exists for exactly this situation.

What happens after you cancel
The renewal stops. What was paid for the current period stays valid to its end, and the account does not turn into a plan without charge, because no such plan exists.
What does not happen
- Offer a free plan — there is an intro week, then the monthly or annual price
- Keep your converted file afterwards — a server-side result is held for 60 minutes and then deleted
Before you cancel
If there is a server-side result you have not downloaded, its window is sixty minutes either way — cancelling neither shortens nor extends it.
